Pete and his team were straight up from the beginning! I was absolutely impressed, relieved and ever so Grateful bc I’d had sales people from other companies pretend to care and offering great deals etc but Peter came in from the get go as honest and sincere as one can be. Literally the best HVAC company we have dealt with. They offer a home maintenance that's worth it and stand behind their work. They will make sure you're happy with their work, even if it takes bringing in extra techs. Highly impressed with their lead tech Peter, and Avery is very thorough. They've earned their 5 stars!

Called on Monday 9/23 about them coming out to put freon in our mini split units. Peter told me that they would be able to come out the following day between 3-5 pm. The following day after taking off work to be home, they never showed up. I tried calling multiple times starting at 4:30 trying to get an update and could not reach anybody. Never received a call that they would not be coming out or anything. They have lost my business.
