Maintenance visit by Dawson was great. He is professional, courteous and explains what he is doing and more importantly, what he is seeing with my system. I have older equipment that is showing it's age and he pointed out issues with corrosion on my coils so I can prepare for replacement. That is what I expect from a business, integrity without trying to sell you something to make a quick buck. Been with Prime for about 13 years and will continue. Thanks Dawson and thanks Peter.

Prime HVAC LLC did an excellent job from start to finish. Our HVAC technician, Dawson, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly explained the issue with our outdoor unit and replaced the fan motor quickly and correctly.
