Prime Homecare Agency has Excellent customer service! Working in healthcare 37 years that means a lot. They sent out a wonderful physical therapist Carol. Very professional and knowledgeable with my need to move forward . I had a knee replacement surgery. Carol helped me stay positive and keep me motivated for recovery.
This company is absolutely fabulous! My 21 yr old daughter was very ill and spent over a month in the hospital. Once she was home, I was provided with Prime Homecare Agency Services for her care. They have helped us so much. They gave us great direction in how to obtain the needed medical equipment. They spoke with doctor offices on our behalf, they provided PT, OT, and personal care for my daughter. Prime Homcare Agency is an excellent agency. I saw the physical therapist Richie and the home health aide Mara for 7 weeks. They did an excellent job and I completely got over my injury. The occupational therapist Amy and the nurse Michelle were also great. I highly recommend Prime Homecare Agency.
