We purchased a home from prime homebuilders at Portofino Shores in Fort Pierce. We've had many construction problems since day one and have gotten no response from the builder to this point. We have filed a formal complaint in with the state of Florida. We have had an engineer take a look at the problems and it was determined that it was shotty workmanship not up to code. I would never recommend this Builder for any construction project.
