Process for my re-roof proceeded in a professional manner---- UNTIL it was time for the final payment when the owner informed me that my final payment would be increased due to the fact the city requested that he follow Michigan law ( as of 2015) and install a strip along the edge of the roof which he already knew about and should have included in the bid.
