Very informative and answered any and all concerns we had with the home. The fact he doesn’t have 5 stars on Google reviews is a crime in itself. It shows you that all it takes is someone randomly(unfairly) giving you a one star rating to make the overall review not truly reflect his professionalism and understanding of how to ease the minds of home buyers. If I had it my way he would have 5 stars because he earned it.
Shannon was friendly and informative. He made my experience as a first time home buyer less intimidating. Every issue with our home was explained in a matter of fact way and it was clear what we needed to fix right away and what we need to keep an eye on for the future.
Absolutely fantastic customer service and detailed, meticulous and outstanding inspection and inspection report!!! From pre-listing inspections, to pre-offer inspections and home maintenance inspections, I highly recommend this great company for all your home inspection needs!!!
