Always needing assistance after hours and I’m always given the runaround so they’re not 24 seven like they say they always come up with an excuse not very happy with this company
Convinced my aunt she did not need advanced wound care for my uncle and that "they could handle it," coming out of the hospital. Now they have sent him to an advanced wound care company of their choosing and not ours. Very suspicious. Do not recommend. This is not what "handling it" meant to us.
