Convinced my aunt she did not need advanced wound care for my uncle and that "they could handle it," coming out of the hospital. Now they have sent him to an advanced wound care company of their choosing and not ours. Very suspicious. Do not recommend. This is not what "handling it" meant to us.
Dan is so incredibly knowledgeable and his passion for helping Veterans is second to none.
Did not meet expectations. We were discharged from inpatient rehab with orders for OT, PT, and speech therapy 3 times a week for 4 weeks post-discharge. Prime accepted the responsibility to deloiver. The Occupational therapist did not reach out until 3 weeks after discharge. Speech therapy was over a week late and only spent 15 minutes on an initial eval before scheduling a first appointment over a week later.
