Unfortunately need to edit my review. The first time I contacted this company it went well. The second time they couldn't keep the appointment even though I pre paid 200$. After calling twice to get a refund I still have not gotten my money. I have now had to file a dispute with my credit card company. very disappointed.
I am so glad that Prime came out for annual cleaning of my AC unit before this heat wave started because they found evidence of mice attempting to live in it and 2 electrocuted mice that had begun to chew on wires. I am eternally grateful for this discovery before it was too late.
Split unit is still leaking all over the place. Either replace it or send someone who can fix it this time.
Very professional but when taking out my old air conditioner they left a lot of debris behind that was difficult for me to move and the garbage men would not take it so it's still sitting at the end of my driveway
