We started using Prime last year. We were highly satisfied with professionalism of office staff and workers, recommended them to our son's family (very satisfied there as well), and had them return this year. Nate came on time, was professional, efficient and communicated well. We will have them return next year!
Mitsubishi heat pump was installed in one day (inside and outside units) in January 2025. Heat works great and now in a Portland heat wave the AC is working great as well. A great investment and the Prime team was great in all ways. Oh, and their price was waaay less than a quote I got from Wolfers who insisted I needed a back up furnace. (900 sq foot house, no back up furnace, Portland OR).
