From start to finish, they were fantastic. They were fast, professional, communicative, accommodating, and reasonably priced, which is honestly hard to find these days. They were great about answering questions, keeping us informed, and working around our schedule. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the work was excellent. Wow! Customer service like the good old days. Prime Heating and Cooling replaced a part in our air conditioning system. The company we had used for years advised us to replace the whole system. We now have a perfectly working air conditioner again for a fraction of what we would have paid the other company. I absolutely recommend Prime Heating and Cooling. From first call to the day of repair, it was a smooth process with excellent communication and custom customer. Cannot recommend this company enough.
Sufian and team are honestly the best. Super honest, very hard working and generous with their time. We've used them for a few years now from general maintenance to full mini split replacement and deep cleaning. We had a unit that stopped working a couple months after deep cleaning and they did countless visits to debug an esoteric issue, replacing multiple control boards and internal thermostats and doing all they could to save us from buying a new unit (ours mini split was probably over 10 years old).
