Ventilation issue resolved, ceiling looks better.
Efficiently set up our portable AC.
The issue was a significant dust buildup in the vents, which they thoroughly cleaned in about an hour and a half. This service visit felt much more comprehensive compared to previous cleanings I've had done elsewhere.
Fixed the HVAC quickly, no issues.
Before work began, I had to coordinate with building management due to some restrictive guidelines, and the technician was patient while waiting for all approvals. Once he started, the maintenance check on my A/C system took about an hour, during which he identified a minor filter clog and cleared it efficiently.
