Went here for an issue with my lungs and the doctor was very nice. I couldn’t find the place and tried to call a few times and no one would answer. I finally found it and had the appointment When I left I received no paper work, I called 2 times that week leaving messages. In the message I said “I don’t exactly remember the protocol the doctor gave me, can you please call me back or email me paper work” I never got an answer and just moved on as I was pretty sure I had it.
