Dr. Bowdy was great but no one was notified that she was leaving until we received a letter much later. When I called to see if I could transfer to another doctor, no one responded. So, I sent it in an email twice and finally someone got back to me. I have no confidence in this practice anymore.
Terrible staff. Zero professionalism. No way to call and speak to a HUMAN! Dr. Bowdy was great for the short time I had her as my primary. Nobody notified me she was leaving the practice. I realized I had not received confirmation for my upcoming physical so I tried to call to confirm, and was met with a robo answering machine with no prompts to speak to a person, voicemail only. Dr. Bowdy is fantastic but her staff is lacking in professionalism. Calls are never answered or returned. 2 month wait time if you need to get in there to see the Dr. Not ok
Very compassionate and detailed. Listened well without judgement.
