I took my daughter to Prime Health Center today and had a great experience. The gentleman who saw her was absolutely awesome and made both of us feel comfortable right away. He showed genuine care, was very attentive, and had excellent bedside manner. It really means a lot when a provider takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness we received and would definitely recommend Prime Health Center to others
I had treatment after a car accident. And the staff and Dr’s there are absolutely amazing. Very professional, friendly, and caring! Not only was I treated wonderfully I noticed that they treat all of their patients with care and respect.
So I'm editing my bad review... The lady answering the phone was new and didn't give me the correct information... I left a bad review and Justin the office district manager called me and got me the correct information and the DR actually texted after hours and is going above and beyond for me... I own a business and I know things happen, especially with new hires... Anyway I'm hopeful for the first time... To care about reviews means you care about your patients... Thank you sincerely...
You have to ask them for a raffle ticket and I don't think that's right if you coming in there to get service they should offer you raffle tickets I can say Dr Jeff knows what he's doing and Megan she's the best they are very professional
The staff is always so friendly and attentive. I come in and they know my name by face which makes me feel good.The doctors do an excellent job at getting you back on track. I would definitely recommend this place
