If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The front desk staff are extremely rude — speaking to patients in a loud, disrespectful tone, switching to their own language in the middle of conversations to back each other up, laughing, and making fun. It’s incredibly unprofessional and rude. I saw Dr. Asif, who “visited” me for about 10 seconds from behind the reception window, which was shocking. Both filipino girls were rude this Sunday, need better employee
I visited Dr. Prevendri Govender, and she showed an exceptional level of kindness and genuine care that I hadn’t experienced before. She was truly compassionate and supportive, not only helped me medically but also gave me great moral support. A wonderful person and an amazing doctor.
