10-Stars excellent service and price In one word: Excellent! Prime hardwood is excellent. They really care about customers and they proved that when I was very picky and somewhat a pain in the ass. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want and they helped me every step of the way. The results are beautiful and I am very happy with everything. Wonderful!! We had really bad water damage to our wood floors that needed urgent attention. We don't have much money either. I called around and got the fastest attention from Prime hardwood floors. The other company I called was rude and I quickly hung up on them..
