FRAUD and INCOMPETENTCY My replacement glass window order specified "LOW E, ARGON". Of the quotes I received, the price was average and I was swayed by the positive reviews. The installation was difficult for the installer whom I found lacked both experience and proper tools. He resorted to brute force when experience and correct tools were needed.
