Prime did a great job yesterday fixing our AC mini split unit. And their service guy Arsalan did a great job and was informational. I have no complaints. Will do business again. Thank you guys

The company sent out Arsalan (Tech) to work on a plugged condensation drain line. He was professional, personable and very knowledgable in this area. He was able to get the air conditioning unit up and running again quickly, which was much appreciated given how hot its been.
Obaid and his crew know their job. Efficient and professional. They kept me in the loop, which is so important to customers; no stress! Beautiful job, guys! Works wonderfully! Thank you!
