Arsalan was great. Very friendly and professional.
AC tech found a couple issues that were both contributing to a loud noise that had gotten so bad it was reverberating throughout the house. One was a failing part that was causing it to shake that rattled a cap and fan bolts loose. So replaced that part and tightened down the cap and fan and now its running near silent. From outside, you almost wouldn't even be able to tell it was running unless you were looking at it. Super happy with the results and can't recommend them more!
