Very unprofessional service. There is a loud tv in the background every time I called. The Lady never mentioned a two hour service window so I was stuck waiting around for a service tech to show up and there is no communication between the service tech and the company which apparently just works as a lead generation service. The service tech tried charging a higher service charge then what the lady on the phone quoted. I will never call these guys again.
Technician was out on the same day as I called and did an excellent job. He arrived earlier than expected, but communicated with me regularly. No surprises and phenomenal work!
