Dr panel was very professional and respectful towards me. The issue i had was I was running late for work and checking out was a little slow even though I had I had given my insurance info prior to me checking in other than thst would recommend someone else
A wait due to some computer problems but after meeting the tech, she was nice and the doctor was great, too. She explained everything in detail.
I really enjoy going to Prime Foot & Ankle Specialist I have been with them for a long time when Doctor Kline had it and when he Retired I was Disappointed but I stayed and Doctor patel is very good and I am doing so much better so they get you in and out sometimes and they can start when they give you appointment just may sure they call you on your time other then that they are fine. Amazing and sweetest doctor and receptionists.
2nd time I have visited for an ingrown toe nail. I came back because how great my experience was last time. They performed the procedure and I had very little pain the first and second visit which is huge because the previous offices I went too the numbing agent was very painful. That is the exact reason I came back to Prime. I even had a partial fainting issue (just something that happens to me personally) Doctor Patel and the staff were great and gave me water and an ice pop!
