This company bought the apartment complex that I have been living in for over 6 years. I cannot in good faith recommend this company or ANY apartment complexes that they own. Not only do they change policies without alerting the residents, they just do NOT communicate with the residents. Usually a rental office wants to work with their residents, not suddenly email them about a FALSE non-payment do to their own poor record keeping and communication skills. My previous firm was invested in a couple of funds at Prime and I couldn't recommend them more. Strong deal flow, exceptional diligence checks, strong back office and their investor relations team is extremely responsive.

I am very curious for how long Prime Group will remain silent about all this cruelty, discrimination, law violations at Park La Brea apartments in LA? Park La Brea management discriminate disabled people, do not provide safe environment, do not care about anything what residents ask them, they steal from people. And in the end trying to hide behind attorneys! 45 people signed petition to stop CRUELTY OF PARK LA BREA MANAGEMENT! Dear Prime Group, you need to see whats happening at your properties.
