Finding my meds can be a massive struggle, resulting in running out or spending the day going pharmacy to pharmacy trying to get it filled. Prime Family Pharmacy has the personal touch with it's customers. He knows when im coming in, for what, and plans his inventory accordingly! I have never NOT worried about getting my meds filled, until now!
Very friendly quick and efficient will be coming here to fill my prescriptions.
This is a fabulous family pharmacy. I'm so glad I found them. They are worth the drive out of Fort Mill and just off the freeway. The owners couldn't be nicer and take the time to care for you. They are so knowledgeable and accessible. They care! They are proactive and contact your Dr to remind them of a refill. They send personal texts when your prescription is ready and have sent hand written thank you notes. They even use festive paper bags for your medicine. I want everyone to know how great they are! Forget the big box stores this is a great local Hometown pharmacy, super friendly very convenient and no lines to wait in.
I called to get a prescription here that my normal pharmacy couldn’t fill for me. I received such help and customer service that instead of my usual pharmacy which is more conveniently located on my way home from work (but has poor customer service) that I will now continue to come here!
