This was best "Dentist Experience" of my life. I am so Happy I left my "Previous" Dentist in Raleigh, who I had been seeing for over 30 years. I felt like a real person with concerns and not a number or $ stream. Great treatment from the entire staff, from Wanda at the Front Desk - first and last point of contact, Lauren the hygienist and Dr. Sabine Schtackleff. Everyone made sure that you were properly cared for.
I would welcome the opportunity to provide a positive review seen here by other customers. I can see how people love the hygienist. She is fantastic and has such a great attitude. However, the front desk lady and the doctor, Sabine Schtakleff could have been more representative of excellent customer service.
