We had a great experience with Prime Exteriors. Jackson was wonderful to work with. He was very professionally and knowledgeable. Jackson showed us samples for the new roof and got us the bid quickly. Within 2 weeks the new roof was done.
I called this company and they sent out a young man named Jackson. He is young for his role in the company, but does not let it hold him back in the slightest. He is extremely knowledgeable and super willing to put in the extra hours to help achieve your vision. He worked and communicated with me throughout the entire project and showed no sense of inexperience or ignorance. I am nothing but pleased with Prime Exterior and will absolutely be reaching out to Jackson with any similar needs in the future.
Gavin and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing my 35+ year-old windows with super high quality Andersen windows. And they didn't just replace the windows, but renewed and replaced the trim inside and out, doing a thorough and complete job. Gavin ended up using a painting crew that was not his usual crew at my request, and there was some communication problem with them, but in the end they did a masterful job.
