My experience with Prime express was superb. The staff were friendly and timely. I was in and out in a matter of minutes which was very important to me as I had a busy day.

I have been waiting at the door for the past 10 minutes. Until I realized that it's closed. I find it extremely unprofessional that you would reschedule my appointment from 4:10 to 4:50. To then just close without notifing me. I took off work and drove all across town to come here just to find it close. This fingerprinting is very important to me. I hope that next time you think twice before doing this to your next customer....
