This place was very pleasant and extremely patient with my disabled daughter.
They charged $180 over what they should have and never notified me of the overcharges, if it was not for my insurance company sending me a statement of the detailed charges, I would have never found out about it, when I called their billing department and asked for a refund, they told it takes 30 calendar days days to have the refund in my mail box (Steffanie), it have been 40 days and no check in my mail box, I called again and this time I was told it takes 45 working days to issue the check (Janice) I think...
