This place was very pleasant and extremely patient with my disabled daughter.
Had appointment for MRI today and I was very pleased. My wait time was only about five minutes. The staff were all very friendly from the front desk check in to the two technicians who explained everything to me. The facility was very clean and plenty of parking. I would recommend it.
Went here last friday with pain in abdomen for an ultrasound of ab n pelvis. The tech was v nice and courteous. The following day my dr recd one report which didn't seem to mention the issue they found during scanning, so it raised a red flag in my mind. When i followed up w them on monday turns out they sent incomplete report n completely missed sending the pelvic ultrasound report which had the diagnosis that was told to me. They charged $180 over what they should have and never notified me of the overcharges, if it was not for my insurance company sending me a statement of the detailed charges, I would have never found out about it, when I called their billing department and asked for a refund, they told it takes 30 calendar days days to have the refund in my mail box (Steffanie), it have been 40 days and no check in my mail box, I called again and this time I was told it takes 45 working days to issue the check (Janice) I think...
