The staff there are very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I was so scared to be sedated and the medicine doctor lady held my hand and stayed with me through the whole ordeal. The tech John and medic Adam made sure to tell me everything that was going on and made sure that I was very comfortable during every step of the way. What an awesome team Plano has!!!

I was overcharged for services rendered $100+ more than 7 weeks ago. Not a single call or communication to refund me. This is really concerning. Pls respond ASAP.
Don't count on good service beyond your first encounter! Prime demands patients pay upfront, but shows no urgency in refunding over payments once the insurance company has paid-out. I've been waiting over three months for a refund from Prime. The only help the billing department offers is "we'll let you know when the check is ready". I wish that was how the rest of us were allowed to take care of our bills!
