I arrived for a brain MRI. Great service and a caring Staff, especially Nurse Chrystal, who was so kind she made me hot chocolate and MRI Technician John Williams -- both very caring. Thanks.
Do not use this place I was overcharged and the office staff was horrible to deal with....I didnt feel welcome or wanted there then I was overcharged....honestly goin to change my debit card number because I'm afraid of what they may do with it...I'll never return to prime ever....

Crystal and Francisco made the long wait, only due to my son not being able to handle the smaller machine, bearable!! Crystal went above and beyond and Francisco was very informative!
It smelled like a kennel
First impression was not good. Receptionist was very rude.
Then paramedic and MRI tech (I didn't catch their names) were amazing. Paramedic went out of his way to include my husband and stepson and made me feel completely comfortable. As someone who is extremely claustrophobic, the MRI tech was incredibly patient with me and let me take breaks when I needed to and was very kind. I hope I never have to get an MRI again but they made it as easy as possible. Thank you both. So. So. Much.
Told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork now 45 minutes after scheduled appointment still not seen. When I asked told oh the Dr only comes once a week and he tries to see everyone at once. If I'm in pain already why is this a good ideal now on top of pain I'm frustrated and annoyed
