Repeat customer - this was our second major cabinetry project created in our home by Joe, Julie, and the Prime Design Cabinetry team. Joe's knowledge, precision, and meticulousness is evident in all that he does. From start to finish, Prime Design displayed exceptional craftmanship, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment for bringing our vision to life. The installation process was seamless. We couldn't be more pleased with our new custom cabinetry!
Rating is for customer service only. We did not have any work done. Prime Design responded to my Better Business Bureau request looking for companies that could adjust drawer faces or build new drawers only. Prime Design called to tell me they don’t do the work I was needing. They then gave me several suggestions so I could find the right company for the work that was needed. Above and beyond for a project they knew they wouldn’t be doing. If we ever need new custom cabinets, we’ll reach out to them first.
Wonderful experience with creating our custom bookshelves, they came out even better than we imagined!
Prime Design Cabinetry delivers a truly outstanding product. From quoting the initial design, through multiple design revision and delivering the finished product they are without question artisan in their craft.
