I give two stars instead of one, because my previous visits were overall positive. Dr. Garner is attentive and Kate did amazing cleanings (she is not working there anymore). However, my cleaning today was a total disappointment. It was done by Allen. After she said to me that she was done, I looked at my teeth and still saw a lot of stains. If it were possible, I would give this place zero stars. I understand that I was late to my appointment, and when the receptionist told me there would be an hour-plus wait, I completely understood and had no issue waiting. However, the receptionist confirmed with me multiple times that the doctor would still be able to see me after the wait. Decent office nice staff but they need to hire a fulltime dentist endodontist that does root canals deep cavities and complex cases. The one they have on staff works only 1 day a week and rotates between offices. Dr Gharda does not do root canals. If you have an emergency you have to wait. This office is fine for basic stuff. The backbone of any good dental office is to provide full service. Business wise they would benefit from having a fulltime specialist on staff.

Terrible. Isabella needs to learn how to speak to people . Customer service is everything. Especially when I been having the same issue at this office . Also instead of trying to resolve the situation the office manager decided to say she’s not available.
