I give two stars instead of one, because my previous visits were overall positive. Dr. Garner is attentive and Kate did amazing cleanings (she is not working there anymore). However, my cleaning today was a total disappointment. It was done by Allen. After she said to me that she was done, I looked at my teeth and still saw a lot of stains. I asked her to remove the stains. She asked me "who was doing your cleanings before?". I told her that it was Kate. She became very irritated and said "I will do the best I can". I had a really great experience! Everything was very professional and the results of my cleaning were great. “The Machine” made it a very enjoyable and warm experience, not something I usually feel at a dentist
