Great experience, great care! Their x-ray machine sings to distract you from the uncomfortable feeling of biting the thing which I think is genius, they have a TV on the ceiling which is nice! I enjoyed watching Greek scenery and not having to stare at ceiling tiles while they worked :) The staff was caring, kind, attentive, professional, and a bit quiet; but I think that's pretty normal for nurses and doctors. Amazing people and love the atmosphere
I’ve had only good experiences with Prime Dental over several visits. Dr. Singh and Dr. Kaur are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My concerns and questions are thoroughly answered at every visit. Finding appointments and billing have always been seamless and smooth.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kaur at Prime Dental Care, and the experience completely changed how I view dental visits. I had been dealing with a deep cavity in the back of my mouth that other dentists were hesitant to touch due to its proximity to a nerve. Naturally, I was anxious about getting it treated. I had a root canal and fillings done on both sides of my mouth. The staff was amazing and were understanding of my dental anxiety. They explain everything and make sure you understand the process. Very gentle when it comes to numbing and they always triple check to ask if you are numbed up for any dental operation. They value their patients and can’t wait to return for my cleaning! 10/10
