I had an excellent experience at this dental office. From the front desk staff to the assistants and Doctors, everyone was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The team took great care of me, and I am extremely happy with the results. I feel much more confident thanks to their work. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
The front office staff at this dental office exhibited poor customer service. They attempted to charge me for a previously unconfirmed appointment from last year during my next visit. Additionally, they attempted to charge me a fee for a missed appointment. I clarified that my dentist had recommended a return in six months, but I had not confirmed the appointment after that.
