Started my Monday with Sophia’s 6:00 a.m. heated Prime Yoga class and it was fun, challenging, and just what you need to kickoff your week feeling great. She’s a genuine instructor, explains everything clearly, and creates a really welcoming environment. Definitely recommend taking her class.
Outstanding class with Cassie at Prime Cycle + Body, and Cassie was nothing short of outstanding. For context I train at a high level and have spent the last several months working to get my hips, lower back, and glutes back in order after a foundational issue that’s kept me from completing a proper workout in about five months.
