Grate services . Very good people..
We are a brokerage and we have tried to contact this insurance company multiple times via phone call and email since 9/25/19 in order to verify insurance coverage for one of our carriers. Today is 10/1/19 and we have STILL yet to hear from anybody via phone or email. We have called 10 times, left multiple voice mails, and sent multiple emails. Horrible customer service. I feel bad for their clients who need something done right away.
