Very well done. We had an old unit and the technician did a very thorough assessment of the whole unit including ducting. Then they made recommend changes to repair old faults and to redo ducting to get more energy efficiency. Team was efficient and polite. They explained how the unit works and cleaned after. Quote was reasonable and the technician explained the details of each component so you know what to pick and what you are getting. The technician also made sure we got the unit installed on time.
I cannot rate this company highly enough. The service was A1 from start to finish. The technician pulled out all stops to help me in a very tricky situation and got the job done within three days of calling, just before Christmas as I had an elderly relative coming. The unit recommended is perfect for my needs and my place is once again cool and comfortable. The price was also reasonable and competitive. Thank you so much to this company.
