Quality and service!!! The rib eyes are next level.
We stopped on a Monday got 2 pork rib chops and 4 hamburger patties put them in a cooler took them home and by Wednesday they were slimy and grey
This place kicked ass. Walked in 30 minutes before closing with a vague idea of what I wanted. The butcher asked what I wanted and I asked if they had porchetta. He said no but he could make me one and I was expecting that he meant in the next few days so I asked if he could do it right now and I was surprised when he said yes. It was super affordable and took it home to cook, super delicious!!!! Can’t recommend enough!
Bought 2 boneless rib eyes for the grill and they were awesome.!
