These guys are the BEST. I can't say enough great things about them. They were super thorough with my inspection and even caught potential problems during my inspection that were missed by 2 other inspectors (the house was under contract 2 times prior to me closing). I will definitely use them again on my next home purchase and recommend them to all of my friends and family!!!
As a first home buyer, we relied so much on him, but he missed so many important things. A month after moving, there was water leaking from roof. We found mold on the basement, which was covered by paint (previous owner probably painted over it) stove was broken, but he didn’t mention anything. He made radon test passed, but when we tested again after moved, we got 7 as a result which considered extremely high and dangerous...
Missed many things on inspection. You would expect a professional inspector to make you aware of things that a 1st time home buyer wouldn't have the knowledge to look for things other than the obvious things the inspector saw he didn't look hard enough. The All tops of the windows were sagging down at the top and the windows were bowed from age. He only opened and closed the window. Paint was chipping on the exterior and he didn't point it out and didn't point out that it could be leaded paint, which it turned out it was. Cr... read more
We did a home inspection before closing...and the inspector missed sooooo many important items. As a first time home buyer, we won't know these at all, until we started our renovations. It was an expensive lesson to learn.
He is thorough, professional, and explanatory. I will definitely come back for Mr. Lee if i need a home inspection in the future.
