My Daughter had a tooth taken out today, by Dr Marilyn Lobo, she also saw Emily and Erin and they were all absolutely fantastic. I cannot say thank you enough for the experience. It was made fun for my daughter throughout to take her mind off what was being done, and the team are so kind, caring and thorough in explaining what they are doing. I could tell my daughter was at ease. She left smiling! Thank you again.
The most patient, wonderful and kind dental team. My child loves visiting because she gets so much attention. I wish I could also be a patient too.
Visited today with my 6 year old son who has been diagnosed with autism and can get quite angry and resistant when anxious. The ladies today were so patient and kind to us. Was so nice to have a kind and judgement free zone for my son 💙
Amazing Service and Staff
Very impressed with the excellent facilities at Prime Joondalup. The staff are super friendly, patient & attentive. They made every effort to make my sons treatment fun & simple and most of all stress free. Thank you all from one very happy mum 🩷
