Mark and his staff notified me when they were on their way and arrived promptly. I had carpets and floor tile cleaned. Was amazed at their ability to clean the grout lines in the tile so well. He also spot cleaned an old stain from a dining room chair. It didn't come out completely but faded to where it was barely noticeable. It was an excellent experience working with Prime Carpet Cleaning Services! The company is extremely organized and clear - text messages and email confirmations were great! The technician that came to our house and he was awesome to work with. We had house cleaners come the same day and was beyond accommodating and helpful. This was much appreciated given that I'm seven months pregnant! They look fresh, stains came out and there was no chemical smell during or after the clean.
