I had gone to be cleared for medical clearance for my work. First time meeting the doctor she had left me alone in the the office to go buy a blood pressure monitor along with the nurse there mind you there were no other workers there, they allow other patients to just walk in and go to the back. The entire time I thought how unreal and unprofessional this clinic was. Later on my appointment the doctor sees me says I need to comeback on a checkup while on the medication. I dropped off paperwork because I got sick and the doctor has been avoiding me since November 25th she states she will not sign the paperwork unless she sees me. I’ve gone to the office made a televisit she won’t call won’t sign the paperwork but will sure charge my insurance for the televisit she never did. I don’t recommend going to this doctor worst experience I’ve ever had. I even text the doctor and she still has not replied to me.
Very unprofessional, I really don’t recommend it.
Great place Doctor is so nice and Answer All your questions, the employees are great. I've been to other doctors in El. Paso, and this is the best one.
IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS ! WORST DR. I'VE EVER HAD TO CALL VERY RUDE THE FRONT DESK WOMEN YELLING NOT LETTING ME STATE IN ANY WORD IN HUNG UP ON ME 4 TIMES PICKS UP THE PHONE THEN LETS IT SIT WHILE ONE IS SAYING "HELLO ... HELLO" THEN HANGS UP AND IF YOU TRY CALLING BACK SHE GETS MAD. AND I AM CALLING FROM A HEALTH CARE CENTER I CAN ONLY IMAGAINE THE OLDER PATIENTS THAT NEED HELP. WOST ENCOUNTER.
