I feel so bad for some of the people who work here. The employees speak to & treat each other unprofessionally. I could overhear the agent berating & being condescending to someone who made a mistake and asked a question. According to Glassdoor, there’s a lot of low employee morale & no work-life balance. Most people recommend that you don’t work for this company or use them for any services.
