Prime Care is still fantastic! Mike is really helpful, he goes above and beyond to help patients. The rest of the staff are also wonderful. And again delivery for my medication needs as I'm disabled really helps. Thanks Prime Care! I truly appreciate you!

The pharmacist and staff here are amazing the 3 times I’ve had to get meds here the last month! Friendly down to earth and knowledgeable! Very nice office that’s clean and well taken care of that truly want to serve you Nichole Simmons

There was a mixup and they gave my meds to someone else. Had to wait 45 minutes for meds to be returned. Was told I was being refunded for my inconvenience and it would take 3-4 days to appear on cc bill. Called after 2 weeks because there had not been a refund. Was told that I was told incorrectly and there would be no refund! They know your from out of town and will say anything to get you to walk out happy, knowing you won’t return.

I brought a pill number, brand, and specified the bottle, color, and shape. These were all to ensure I got the right brand. Generics of my prescription are notoriously finicky. I have no clue how they could order the wrong pill TWICE, but somehow they did. First time I came to pick it up, totally wrong. And he re-orders.. and gives me the same wrong ones again.
