This was one of the most poorly run medical offices I’ve ever encountered. The practice is disorganized and relies on an overseas call center where communication is often unclear. I was prescribed three different medications for three separate diagnoses, only to later be taken off all of them after it became apparent that I had been misdiagnosed. The lack of accountability is deeply concerning. I would strongly caution anyone against seeking care here, as the experience ultimately did more harm than good.
