Had a good experience with this place a little slow but I didn't mind the best thing was not being mobile and the caring driver they had big guy with long hair I think his name was Mr Harris he was patient help me get to and from to my appointments never complained even when it took me a long time to get out of my apartment as an elder we appreciate this type of service I'm not sure what happened but I wish he was back on staff PrimeCare is a great place you should visit and book your appointments here very convenient!
Do not GO!!!! Went there to receive results for blood work and sat in the room, while Dr Joseph and nurses laughed about my diagnosis and talk down it behind the door like I couldn't hear them . Mind you I was embarrassed and often felt discouraged when it came to going to the doctor, they really just made me want to go to the free clinic instead.
Staff is great except non English speaking receptionist.
Terrible place looks run down and trashy, nurses don't know what there doing and don't seem to care. Was seen by doctor finally and she was rude and abrupt not listening to anything I had to say. I called my insurance and have changed to a new doctors office. Stay away from here!
