I love the office staff and Dr. Thomsen has been keeping me out of pain for the last 4 years. I have recommended him to my family and friends. He will always make time to see me even if I don't have an appointment and he actually spends time talking to me and listening about what is hurting me.

I was satisfied with my appointment. The doctor was able to help me with everything I came in for. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? . They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor was gentle. The hip pain that he fixed has been hurting for a couple of years which was a side benefit because I did not go for that.. The back and rib pain was new and he made it better. It will take a few more adjustments to finish I believe. He is not one of those doctors who try to lock you into long term commitment.
