From the beginning, there appeared to be a lack of organization and follow-through regarding patient care and administrative requests. Excellent care and communication between us and the wait time was not too long for the appointment and for him to see me at this appointment, less than 1 hour start to finish. I felt he listened to me and asked the right questions to help me.
I am visiting Prime care Frisco since long time. I always get proper attention from the doctor and with the supporting staff. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. I will recommend my friends to use this clinic for their medical needs. I will specially name Doctor Shakeel who is very caring and cooperative and giving full attention to the patients.
