Todd is my brother, but has also served as my realtor a number of times. I’m not sure if he treats his non related clients like family, but I assume he does. If so, you’re in good hands. He will look out for your best interests and find the sneaky fees that the buyer or seller tries to get you to pay that might be split in half or reversed. He doesn’t advertise because he doesn’t have to, Word of mouth has worked for him for the past 25 years.
