I had these guys out for a minor project. So I thought. The problem (water damage and rot) was much much larger than anyone anticipated. We also learned that the home builders not only did not do the waterproofing and flashing like they should, the structural integrity was not nearly as secure as we had presumed. I thought Max was great to work with. He was straight up and honest. The job was ready , when he said it was going to be ready. All materials and fasteners were there and waiting. Heck, he even had a huge trailer for us , to store our tools in over night, locked up tight. I haven't had one problem with Prime Built!!! I appreciate that kind of business.
