Chad is awesome! I had him over to quote redoing the arches in my home to give them a more modern look. Not only did he offer great design tips, but he also recommended a beautiful lime wash paint that really made the fireplace pop as a focal point. He went above and beyond—helped source shelves that matched the aesthetic and installed them as well. Best part is he stuck to his timeline that was estimated. Super fair, honest, and reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Prime Home Maintence showed up on time, and did a great job hanging our outdoor TV, installing sconces in our bathroom and cleaning our air conditioning coils, new filter etc. Chad completed our whole list and couldn’t have been more professional. We’re now keeping a running list of things we need him to do the next time he comes out for maintenance, it’s great to have someone reliable to take care of our home!

Chad did an outstanding job with our cabinet installation and painting at our business! He was professional, efficient, and paid incredible attention to detail.
