It’s been about a year since I’ve had to interact with the front office staff and thank goodness for that. When I arrived for my first appointment the staff was not very welcoming. I found it weird, but we all have off days. My next appointment was virtual and they called me about an hour before to get payment stating there was an issue with the card on file.
