I called them three days ago and they still haven’t called me back.
I gave them a chance to make it right, but this is what they want. I recall with great clarity, informing Dr. Vishal Shah of my chronic back pain and the fact that I have been prescribed Opioids for my condition. I even recall him discussing with me potential interactions with the Opioids and my ADHD medication that he prescribes me. I had to change health insurance and when I did, it became extremely difficult to get my Opioid medication refilled. Three of my family members come to this office for care. My two children see Dr Shah and my husband see one of their PNPs. I don’t even know how to express the gratitude I feel for Dr Shah and his other staff! When I first brought my son to him I was concerned and honestly terrified of what help,if any my son would receive. Everybody in my son’s life at school and socially had treated him so absolutely awful. Like he was less of a human and a nuisance. great psychiatrists, but bad customer service. The front office lady who returned my call, was rude and obviously didn’t want to help me. I would expect more empathic and kinder customer service employees from a mental health facility.
