I took my car to Prime Automotive Care. Mark was very nice and sent me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. After servicing the vehicle the estimate did go up , but Mark explained what made the price go up. I would definitely refer Prime to others who need repairs or an estimate of cost.
Mark provided excellent service in a timely manner. He informed us during the process and the service was excellent and provided at a very reasonable price.
As a mechanic’s daughter and someone who drives the same car she’s had since she was 17, this is the only place in town that I trust with my Pontiac.
My check engine light came on and 2 days later my car was back on the road with no issues! Great customer service and honest pricing. Would recommend to anybody that lives locally or visiting from out of town (such as myself).
These guys are great. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and will be completely upfront with you on what your vehicle needs. If you need parts replaced, they will search around for the cheapest price if able to.
